RHC Lifting Limited offers complete vacuum lifting beam solutions: from the consultations stage to research and development through to after-sales support. RHC Lifting Limited has gained extensive knowledge in designing vacuum lifting beams for a wide range of applications including carbon fibre composites.

As RHC Lifting is an independent company, with no bias toward one manufacturer, instead RHC Lifting uses its strong working relationships with specialist suppliers to help design the most appropriate vacuum lifting beams for your specification.

Vacuum lifting beams can be used to move, turn, rotate or transfer non-porous materials including steel plate and coil, aluminium, composite materials, carbon fibre, plastics, concrete, glass, wood and pipes. RHC Lifting has recently used its extensive experience to design and commission vacuum lifting devices for customers in the aerospace, iron and steel industries.

Once the vacuum lifting beam is commissioned, RHC Lifting offers operator training, and a full servicing programme that ensures LOLER and PUWER legal regulations are met and helps increase the longevity of your equipment. RHC Lifting Limited can also maintain and service existing vacuum lifting beams from manufacturers such as Fezer, Schmalz and Acimex.

The Advantages of Using Vacuum Lifting Beams

Increased Productivity – Due to the rapid engagement and release of items, the use of a vacuum lifting device removes the time spent rigging and de-rigging, increasing productivity. All vacuum lifting devices are compatible with Autec Radio Control Systems to further improve efficiency. As a single employee can operate the lifting device it allows more effective allocation of employees.

Reduced Likelihood of Damage – With no chains or slings, only a vacuum to grip and hold the materials, no damage or marks are left on the load.

Improved Health and Safety – Vacuum lifting solutions allow for the safe transport of goods in the appropriate manner, reducing any injury caused by manual handling.
