Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer – From £35,000/year – South East (Field-Based)


Join RHC Lifting, part of the WH Scott Group, as a Multi-Skilled Engineer. You'll service, maintain, and install overhead gantry cranes and lifting equipment across the South East.

Requirements:

  • Electrical & mechanical maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of motors, brakes, gearboxes, and three-phase systems
  • Driving licence (25% travel)
  • PLC/inverter knowledge (a plus)
  • Min. 1 year maintenance experience


Schedule: Mon–Fri | 40 hrs/week | Some weekends/overtime

Workshop Assistant – Yate, Bristol



We are seeking a Workshop Assistant to join our team in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities include operating a forklift, supporting daily tasks assigned by the General Manager and Workshop Supervisor, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workspace.


Duties:

  • Load/unload lorries and manage goods in/out
  • Assist with painting, assembly, and general workshop tasks
  • Check tools/equipment in and out and store correctly
  • Maintain high housekeeping standards in workshop/yard
  • Complete stock audits and resolve stock queries
  • Oversee and administer the Goods In / Goods Out process
  • Report issues/defects to the Workshop Supervisor
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties as directed

  • Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or technical account management
  • Strong communication skills across all levels

  • IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems

Fabricator/Welder – From £15.00 per hour – Yate, Bristol


Join RHC Lifting as a Fabricator/Welder, responsible for welding and assembling metal structures and equipment based on technical drawings. You’ll support fabrication, assembly, and testing activities while ensuring high standards of safety and quality.
