RHC Lifting Expands Head Office with Relocation to Wickwar

RHC Lifting Limited has entered an exciting new chapter in its growth with the relocation of its Bristol-based head office in Yate to the Arnolds Field Estate in Wickwar. This move marks a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing expansion within the WH Scott Group.
The relocation provides additional space for the ever-growing office team and increases manufacturing and production capacity in the workshop. RHC Lifting becomes the fourth company within the WH Scott Group to move to larger premises this year, alongside

The new Wickwar workshops cover 38,800 sq ft – more than double the size of the former Stover Trading Estate building footprint, and feature a 10-tonne Goliath Crane. Two 50m-long workshops provide ideal facilities for increased fabrication and assembly.
The adjacent 4,900 sq ft office building offers significantly more room for the expanding team. Part of this space will be converted into a dedicated training room for SWF Krantechnik systems and Siemens PLC training, enhancing the skills and knowledge of RHC engineers.
The move also expands capacity for the AUTEC Radio Remote Repair Centre and enables increased stockholding of AUTEC parts and systems. In addition, the newly acquired equipment and tackle department - formerly known as Premier Lifting & Safety - will have its own dedicated customer trade counter.
UK Managing Director Phil Goodway said: “It’s great to see how RHC Lifting has expanded, this marks our 3rd move in the past 24 years as the company continues to grow.”

Suppliers and customers will be contacted individually regarding any relevant changes to collection or delivery addresses. Both the Yate and Wickwar offices will operate in parallel while operations are gradually transitioned to Wickwar.
We would like to thank all our customers and suppliers for their continued support over the last 9 number of years at our Yate office. We look forward to continuing to work with you as we enter this new phase for RHC Lifting Limited.
