Powered A Frame Gantry
RHC Lifting Limited's powered a-frame gantry can provide endless advantages, due to its very flexible use, self-rotating features and variable speed movement. Not only does it take away the need for civil works, but it also gives the possibility to work in different halls and eliminate floor guide rails.
A powered a-frame gantry can be utilised for many different applications, such as:

The powered a-frame gantry can have a maximum capacity of 6.3T, a span of 10m and a height under beam of 6M, with other configurations also available on request. The battery-powered power supply for both the crane and the hoist is fixed to the reel of the beam, with the reel additionally able to move 360 degrees on the top of the beam with the option of an alternative 180-degree reel available.

The powered a-frame gantry boasts 2 different modes; standard mode and proportional mode. Both modes utilise straight line travelling and swivelling, with proportional mode having an additional option for curve travelling.
The gantry also conforms to ISO 9001 safety standards and has a 4 safety full-stop system with safety bumpers on each leg to ensure that it can travel around without any issues with surrounding equipment.
