LK NEO EX ATEX Radio Remote Control Systems

The LK NEO EX (explosion proof) radio remote control push button transmitter has been designed and certified to work in environments with the risk of explosion. Systems Comply with both the ATEX directive 2014/34/EU for (zone 0/20 or zone 2/22) and the IECEx certification scheme (zone 0/20).

The EX ATEX Radio Remote control Systems use the Air Series proven technology to deliver the strictest level of safety that meets even the strictest of standards. The STOP function of AIR Series models has been certified by TÜV Rheinland as compliant up to PL e according to EN ISO 13849-1 and to SIL 3 according to EN IEC 62061. With this in mind, the LK NEO EX is ideal for controlling any industrial application in an area with explosion risks, such as petrochemical, heavy industry, chemicals, pharma, marine and offshore environments.

The LK NEO EX transmitter is available with both 8 or 12 push buttons, and the ATEX transmitter with removable ID key as standard and optional extras including a rotary switch and side button.

The Explosion-proof EX/ATEX Li-ion battery has an average usage time of 8 hours. The Ex rated Li-Ion battery can be extracted inside the area of risk.

The system's receiver can be supplied as a specifically designed explosion-proof enclosure or as a standard receiver (without EX certification) for fitting in its own suitable enclosure or to be placed outside an explosion-risk area.
