Swing Jib Cranes - Pillar or Wall Jibs

RHC Lifting Limited's jib cranes range has been designed to lift loads with standard applications up to a 20 meter radius, 10 meter height and SWL up to 63t.

Jibs can be offered with a wide range of possible solutions including underbraced or overbraced and wall or pillar mounted jibs. This array of solutions means the jib is perfect for the majority of workshop environments.

Jibs can be supplied with all components ready for assembling including, power supply festoon, terminal box, and end limit stops. This installation is made more efficient with the modular design and construction of the jib, and the clear and illustrated assembly instructions. With a horizontal adjustment device for the boom, the boom can be levelled with a simple adjustment, reducing further installation time. The perfectly aligned boom also prevents uncontrolled movement of the trolley and thus contributes actively to work safety.

The boom can be offered as an IPE profile or a light crane profile, with an integrated flat cable power feed, while pillar mounted jibs have a 270 slewing range whilst wall-mounted jibs offer a 180 slewing range.

RHC Lifting Limited can provide explosion proof, power slew and Autec Radio Remote Control and wire rope versions with electronic overload control options, whilst including electric chain hoists or manual chain blocks, push or motor trolleys, chemical bolts and slewing lock into your quote.
