RHC Lifting Limited can also maintain and service existing vacuum lifting beams from manufacturers such as Fezer, Schmalz and Acimex.

The Advantages of Using Vacuum Lifting Beams

Increased Productivity – Due to the rapid engagement and release of items, the uses of a vacuum lifting device removes the time spent rigging and de-rigging, increasing productivity. All vacuum lifting devices are compatible with Autec Radio Control Systems to further improve efficiency. As a single employee can operate the lifting device it allows more effective allocation of employees.

Reduced Likelihood of Damage – With no chains or slings, only a vacuum to grip and hold the materials, no damage or marks are left on the load.

Improved Health and Safety – Vacuum lifting solutions allows safe transport of goods in the appropriate manner, reducing any injury caused by manual handling.
